Tim Ditico

Tim Ditico has a diverse work experience in the field of accounting. Tim began their career in 2009 as an Accounting Clerk at Alternative Business Solutions. Tim then worked as an Accounting Assistant at Atlas Heating and Air Conditioning from 2010 to 2012.

In 2012, Tim joined Novogradac and Company LLP as an Accounting Specialist, where they managed receivables, provided training for new hires, and handled weekly payables. Tim remained with the company until 2015.

From 2015 to 2017, Tim worked as an Accounting Consultant at Robert Half Finance & Accounting, where they brought their expertise in reconciliations, month-end, AR and AP. Tim gained experience with various software such as Salesforce, Yardi, Avidxchange, Epic, CCH, and Sage.

Tim then briefly worked as a Recruiter at Aerotek in 2015 before joining XOMA as a GL Accountant in October 2017. Tim was later promoted to the position of Senior Accountant, where they currently hold the role. Tim has been with XOMA since 2017.

Tim Ditico attended San Francisco State University, Lam Family College of Business from 2004 to 2009. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting during their time there.
