Brittany Grant

Brittany Grant, CPP, currently serves as Payroll Manager at Xometry since February 2024, following a five-year tenure in the same role at LandCare LLC. With extensive experience in payroll management, Brittany leads teams in processing payroll, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, and improving operational efficiencies. Previous positions include Senior Payroll Analyst and Payroll Specialist at Eliassen Group and Bon Secours Health System, respectively, where Brittany was responsible for multi-state payroll processing, customer service, and payroll audits. Early career roles included payroll and human resources support at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, where Brittany adapted to complex military pay systems. Brittany holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
