Joshua McGhee

Joshua McGhee has a diverse work experience in the field of RF engineering. Joshua currently serves as the RF Engineering Lead at Xona Space Systems, where they collaborate with various teams to architect payload electronics, design amplifiers and antenna arrays, and develop a custom software-defined radio for LEO. Joshua successfully launched the first demonstration payload in 2022. In addition, Joshua has worked as a Consultant at Umbra, the University of Arizona, and VALKYRIE SYSTEMS CORPORATION. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Senior RF Engineer at PlanetiQ and RF Engineer at FreeFall Aerospace, Moog Inc., and TeraVision Inc. Joshua'searly career includes being an Electrical Engineer II at Raytheon.

Joshua McGhee completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Arizona from 2000 to 2004. Following that, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the same institution, attending from 2010 to 2013.
