Bill Moore

Bill Moore has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2000. In 2000, they were the Director of Networks at Biosupplies.com, where they managed co-location ISP and external hardware, software and telecom vendor relationships and projects. In 2001, they became the VP of Technical Services at iGov Inc., where they created a Wireless LAN and Security Engineering Services and Solutions business strategy and provided bundled Secure Wireless LAN (WLAN) solutions to Federal Government customers. From 2003 to 2007, they were the Director of Strategic Marketing/Solution Architect at General Dynamics Mission Systems, where they provided technical program management to the Federal Sales Team and developed and executed Federal marketing plans. From 2007 to 2008, they were the Federal Territory Manager at Aruba Networks. From 2008 to 2010, they were the Federal Sales Director at Varonis Systems, where they developed the federal business practice and introduced unstructured data governance solutions to DOD and Civilian agencies. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Director and Senior Advisor at Hypori. Since 2017, they have been the Founder and CEO of XONA, a Zero Trust User Access Platform for Operational Technology (OT) that offers unparalleled user access visibility, control and forensics for SCADA, HMI and other critical infrastructure systems and applications. Bill has also been a Regional Partner at Waveport Security since 2017.
