Ivo Arts MSc RC has extensive experience in finance and control, currently serving as Teamleider Finance & Control, as well as in senior and business controller roles at XONAR since June 2017. Prior experience includes positions at Welten as an Interim Professional and Assistent Controller a.i., as well as various interim roles at SNS Bank, Rabobank, BLG Wonen, Lindorff, and Aegon. Ivo Arts has a strong educational background, holding a Master's degree in Executive Master of Finance & Control from TIAS School for Business and Society, a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance, and multiple degrees in Accounting and Finance from Nyenrode Business University. Additionally, foundational education was obtained at Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Management, Economics, and Law.

XONAR
XONAR biedt hulp bij opgroei- en opvoedingsproblemen aan jeugdigen in de leeftijd van 0 tot 18 jaar en hun gezinnen (Jeugd & Opvoedhulp). Tevens is er een gevarieerd hulpaanbod voor vrouwen (met of zonder kinderen) die in moeilijkheden verkeren en/of slachtoffer zijn van huiselijk geweld. Daarnaast biedt XONAR opvang en begeleiding aan alleenstaande minderjarige vreemdelingen. Het werkgebied van XONAR is hoofdzakelijk Zuid-Limburg. De hulp wordt geboden vanuit diverse locaties in de regio’s Maastricht Heuvelland, Parkstad Limburg en Westelijke Mijnstreek.
