Dan Waddell

Dan Waddell is an experienced executive in the cybersecurity and technology sectors, currently serving as the VP of Federal Civilian Growth at Agile Defense since July 2021, where responsibilities include leading corporate growth initiatives across Federal Civilian Agencies. Prior to this role, Dan was the Chief Growth Officer at XOR Security, and before that, held leadership positions at Cyber Security Solutions, Zeneth Technology Partners, and (ISC)², where Dan managed operations and provided strategic guidance on cybersecurity challenges. Dan’s career also includes significant roles at Grant Thornton LLP, eGlobalTech, Tantus Technologies, Deloitte & Touche, General Dynamics Information Technology, and Unisys, focusing on information security, compliance, and business development across various government sectors. Dan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Strayer University and has a robust background in managing cybersecurity programs and initiatives.
