James Sebastian

James Sebastian is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in developing and implementing technology solutions for the government and private sectors. As the Lead Software Engineer at XOR Security since September 2016, James designed the widely used FLARE suite for sharing Cyber Security data. In a concurrent role at DISA as Division Engineer and Telecom SME, James contributed to the full life cycle of network services development. Previous positions include Senior Technical Staff at the U.S. Department of State, where James developed web service interfaces, and Senior Product Architect at PaybyTouch, enhancing a biometric identification system. James holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northeastern University.
