Steven Qualman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Engineer at Xoran Technologies since June 2014, Steven has developed a strong expertise in customer relations and technical resolution. Prior to this role, Steven worked at IBM for three decades, from 1984 to 2014, as an IBM System Support Representative, where invaluable skills in system support and customer interaction were honed.
