Will van Kampen

Will van Kampen has over 20 years of work experience in the technology and medical device industries. In 1995, they began their career as a Research Scientist at ERIM. Will then moved to Maui High Performance Computing Center in 1996 as an Algorithm Specialist. In 1999, they became a Sr. Algorithm Developer at Textron Systems. In 2000, they were a Business Software Consultant at Qwest Communications. From 2002 to 2006, they were a Sr Research Scientist at General Dynamics AIS. Will then joined Xoran Technologies in 2006 as a Product Manager. From 2008 to 2012, they held various roles at Xoran Technologies, including Director of Business Development and International Sales, Director of Marketing and Sales, and Director of Research. During this time, they were also a Consultant at HistoSonics Inc. In 2012, they joined Zimmer as a Sr. Product Manager. Since 2015, they have been the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of New Product Development at Xoran Technologies.

Will van Kampen received their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan between 1990 and 1995. Will then attended the Technische Universität Berlin from 1991 to 1992. Will followed this up with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business between 2011 and 2013.
