Erika Chakraborty

Erika Chakraborty is a seasoned quality assurance professional with over a decade of experience in the field. Currently serving as a QA Lead at Xoriant since August 2021, Erika leads two automation projects for a prominent US telecom and a UK-based content project, specializing in framework design using C# and managing test runs via Azure/AzureDevOps and Git for versioning. Prior to Xoriant, Erika held the position of Automation Lead at Synechron, focusing on application testing and script automation. Additionally, as a Test Lead at Infosys, Erika implemented Agile methodologies for timely ticket delivery. Previous roles also include Quality Assurance Associate at Publicis Sapient, where expertise in Selenium, BDD frameworks, and ecommerce projects was developed, and as a System Engineer at IBM, responsible for end-to-end application testing and script maintenance. Erika holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the Institute of Science and Technology.
