Kalpen Shah

Kalpen Shah, Esq. is an experienced legal professional currently serving as In-House Counsel at Xoriant Corporation since 2010, where responsibilities include advising senior leadership on contract negotiations, HR practices, business acquisitions and integration, litigation, and corporate matters. Prior to this role, Kalpen worked as an Associate at Smith, Buss & Jacobs from 2007 to 2009 and gained judicial experience as a Judicial Intern for Hon. Richard W. Goldberg at the United States Court of International Trade in 2004. Additionally, a law clerk position was held at the New Jersey Department of Law, Office of the Attorney General in 2004. Kalpen's career initially began as a Business Analyst at IBM Global Services from 2000 to 2001. Educationally, Kalpen earned a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Information Systems from NYU Stern School of Business.
