Shailesh Bhaid

Shailesh (Sal) Bhaid has had a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Shailesh (Sal) has worked at Microsoft as the Head of Delivery for the DREAM Demos initiative. Shailesh (Sal) was responsible for creating POC accelerators to showcase the business value of Microsoft technologies. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President Financial Solutions at Xoriant, where they led the development of innovative financial technology solutions.

Before joining Xoriant, Shailesh worked as the Chief Information Officer at Sunwest Bank, leading the digital transformation and IT roadmap of the bank. Shailesh (Sal) also held the role of Vice President of Business Re-Engineering at Bank of the West, overseeing complex enterprise-wide initiatives.

Shailesh has also worked at Cisco, where they served as an Acquisition Integration Consultant and later as a Global Process Owner, leading strategic initiatives for supply chain operations. Additionally, they have experience as the Director of Platform Ops at GT Nexus, where they led the startup of a new department.

Earlier in their career, Shailesh held roles at Wells Fargo, PMI Mortgage Insurance Co., and Cisco on behalf of Xoriant Corporation. Overall, they have a strong track record in driving digital transformation, product development, business re-engineering, and system integration initiatives.

Shailesh (Sal) Bhaid completed their education with a Master of Science (MS) in Software Management from Carnegie Mellon University, graduating between the years 2010 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA in Marketing from Golden Gate University, from 2002 to 2007. Shailesh (Sal)'sundergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electronics, which they earned from the University of Mumbai, from 1989 to 1993.
