Shyam Pawar

Shyam Pawar currently holds the position of Vice President at Xoriant since October 2023. Previously, Shyam served in various sales leadership roles at HCLTech from August 2007 to February 2024, focusing on managing Digital Engineering and Software Product Engineering services across Europe for industries such as Financial Services, Retail, Travel, and Logistics. Shyam's experience includes leading sales teams in the HiTech segment, developing new business in Engineering and R&D services, and managing key accounts in the UK and Ireland. Prior to HCLTech, Shyam worked as a Product Engineer at Zimmer from December 1998 to July 2005, where responsibilities included product design and development for orthopedic implants. Shyam holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior.
