Stephanie Ward serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Xoserve, a position assumed during a restructure aimed at creating a new, independently owned sister company. Prior to this role, Stephanie held a series of significant positions at Cognizant, including Deputy Head of Contract Lifecycle Risk Management and Senior Commercial Director for Strategic Pursuits and Complex Deals. Stephanie has extensive experience in commercial strategy, contract management, and transformation initiatives across various organizations, including Capgemini and Lloyds TSB. An alumnus of Imperial College London with a degree in Physics, Stephanie has been recognized for leadership and contributions to commercial contracting practices throughout their career.

At Xoserve, we handle data. Huge amounts of data. In fact, we’re the custodians of data used by the whole of the UK gas industry. We manage all the key data associated with the majority of the 23 million gas meter points across the country. We carry out registration and supplier switching services for our customers - the gas supplier and gas network operators. We work at the heart of the complex gas industry and through our new strategy, we aim to utilise our assets to drive down costs for the industry and in extension, energy consumers.
