Tom Whittle

Tom Whittle currently serves as Internal Auditor & ISO Lead at Xoserve since November 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Regional Compliance Manager at Vistry Partnerships from July 2022 to November 2022, and Compliance Officer at Metro from August 2021 to August 2022. Tom worked at Litecast Limited from November 2015 to August 2021, initially as Process Development Manager, where responsibilities included optimizing operations, identifying efficiency opportunities, and contributing to system development. Tom also collaborated with management to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement and managed customer relationships to support system delivery. Prior to this, Tom held a position as a Designer.
