Steve Rockey has held a variety of executive roles in the technology industry since 1985. Rockey began their career at Hewlett Packard as a Systems Engineer and Operations Consultant. In 1993, they joined Amwest Insurance Group as their V.P. and Chief Information Officer, where they developed the technology infrastructure that enabled the company to grow 300%. Rockey then moved to Clarent Corp / ACT Networks in 1999 as their Chief Information Officer, where they were responsible for increasing technical and operational strength, outsource manufacturing, and assisting in the company's sale. After this, they joined Data Systems Worldwide in 2000 as their Chief Operating Officer, where they developed their managed services subsidiary and enhanced the business model with high margin, recurring revenue services. In 2004, they became the Chief Operating Officer for Xdrive / AOL, where they prepared the company for sale and drove many technology, operational, and staffing changes. Rockey then moved to Watcor Inc. in 2005 as their Technology Leadership and Operations Projects Interim CEO / COO, where they implemented intense changes, acquisition integrations, and company sales. In 2009, they became the CEO of Syncordant. Rockey then joined Cellese Regenerative Therapeutics in 2010 as their Advisory Board and Chief Operating Officer / Co-Founder, where they built and scaled sales, marketing, product distribution, outsourced manufacturing, product development, and Information Technology. In 2016, they joined ECO Integrated Technologies, Inc. as their Advisory Board and President, where they positioned the company in the CleanTech marketplace, utilized their waste conversion systems, structured their recurring revenue offerings, and continuously built their team. Finally, in 2019, they became the President of XOStem, Inc.

Steve Rockey received their B.S. in Business from Pepperdine University and their MBA from California State University, Northridge. Rockey also holds a Six Sigma Champion Certified (SSCC) certification from the Management and Strategy Institute.
