Mayur Sunit Sarswat

Mayur Sunit Sarswat is the President at Xoxoday. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operating Officer and Business Head at Aaveg Management Services Private Limited from November 2020 to August 2021. Mayur was responsible for growing the national business for managed services and SAAS solutions. Mayur also curated and executed GTM strategy (2years) and Sales strategy (yearly) for reach and scale. In addition, they were responsible for setting up and enabling sales, inside sales and marketing team, reviewing and monitoring output. Mayur has also worked as the Vice President, Head Sales and Marketing at TeamLease Regtech Pvt. Ltd from August 2019 to October 2020. In this role, they were responsible for curating Org and business level marketing plan and handling execution. Prior to this, they were the Business Head: Digital and Consumer at Teamlease Services Limited from June 2017 to October 2020. In this role, they were responsible for setting up the digital arm of the company and executing growth plans. Mayur started their career as an Associate Regional Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited from July 2007 to June 2017.
