Piyush Agrawal

Piyush Agrawal is the VP of Product at Plum, a position they have held since October 2019. Prior to that, they were a Co-Founder at YDS from August 2017 to October 2019. There, they created KIVI, an ads-based on-demand video streaming platform for passengers travelling in buses. Piyush also raised $6M and deployed KIVI in 15K buses in Maharashtra and Karnataka. In addition, they scaled KIVI operations in 40 cities of Maharashtra and Karnataka, and managed products and engineering teams of web/mobile apps and cloud platform. Before YDS, Piyush worked at KPIT from September 2010 to August 2017, where they played various engineering and management roles, including Product Owner. There, they managed a team of 8 engineers to design and develop Phone Mirroring and UPNP based streaming solutions for in-car infotainment systems and Android TV’s. Piyush also worked as Junior Scientist at Tata Motors Research Center - UK for in-car infotainment systems, designed and developed OBD-II based connected car solutions, and worked on UI and middleware of Multimedia, Bluetooth, Internet Radio modules of in-car infotainment system.

Piyush Agrawal has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from Ramdev Baba Kamla Nehru Engineering College, Nagpur.
