Dayane Santos de Gois

Dayane Santos de Gois is a Credit Research Intern at XP Asset Management since November 2023, following a role as Financial Reporting Intern at XP Inc. from April to December 2023. Dayane has prior experience as an FP&A Intern at IOUU between June 2022 and March 2023, and as a Project Consultant and Trainee at Otimiza Empresa Júnior from August 2021 to July 2022. Additionally, Dayane served as a Macroeconomics Monitor at UFSCar from January to May 2022, supporting students in understanding course material. Dayane is an alumni of UFSCar, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics from 2020 to 2024.
