Larissa Gavioli

Larissa Gavioli is currently the Head of Engineering at XP Asset Management. Prior to that, she worked as a Civil Engineer at Rossi Residencial, MARNA Indústria de Pré-Fabricados, and CASSOL PRÉ-FABRICADOS LTDA, gaining experience in physical and financial planning of construction projects. Larissa also worked as an Orçamentista at GEPLAN, where she focused on budgeting for public and residential projects. Larissa holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR) and the Federal University of Technology - Parana.
