James Stovall

James Stovall is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Arabella Advisors since May 2023, Stovall provides strategic advice to the CEO and executive team. Previously, as Vertical Product Executive at TriNet from July 2020 to April 2023, Stovall was instrumental in shaping the company's go-to-market strategy for the Non-profit and Financial Services sectors. Stovall co-founded and led Little Bird HR, a rapidly growing PEO focused on the charter school sector, before its acquisition by TriNet in July 2020. Earlier career roles include Chief Executive Officer at Victory Education Partners, where Stovall served from August 2010 to June 2014, and various legal positions, including EVP & General Counsel at Victory Education Partners. Stovall holds a Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law and a BA in Communications from Howard University.
