Lila Dong

Lila Dong is an Operations Lead/Supervisor at XP Health, overseeing daily operations and ensuring new hires are trained properly. Lila also works as an Optician/Lab Technician, making decisions on materials and coatings for prescription orders. In their previous roles, Lila has worked as a Behavioral Health Technician at Maxim Healthcare Group, a Part-time Athlete at Nike, a Tutor at TutorSync and BAY AREA LEARNING ACADEMY,LLC, and an Assistant Manager at Asian Gifts.
