Alef Luna is an experienced professional currently serving as an Assesssor de Investimentos at XP Inc. since October 2023. Prior roles include Sales Team Leader, Consultor Financeiro Pleno, and Consultor Financeiro Júnior at Creditas from December 2020 to September 2023, where expertise in client acquisition, sales funnel management, and post-sale experience was developed. Prior to that, Alef worked at Stone Pagamentos as a Consultor Comercial, focusing on payment solutions. Experience at Watt Consultoria includes roles as Assessor de Qualidade and Diretor de Projetos, implementing project management practices and standardizing processes, with a notable recognition as the best junior entrepreneur in 2017.
