Allison Maia

Allison Maia is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Business Strategy Manager at XP Inc. Allison has extensive experience in consulting and business strategy, having worked at companies such as Bain & Company, Carglass Brazil, and ADVISIA OC&C Strategy Consultants. Allison also has a background in engineering, with internships at Fraunhofer IPT, Embraer, Petrobras, and Autojun. Allison holds degrees in Control and Automation Engineering and Industrial Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
