Ciro Moreira has extensive experience in the finance industry, with their most recent position being at XP Inc. as the Head of Credit Card since 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Itaú Unibanco starting in 2008, where they held various roles including Head Of Product, Sr. Business Manager - Credit Card, Business Product Coordinator, and Senior Product Analyst.

Ciro Moreira completed their Bachelor's in Administration and Marketing at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing from 2002 to 2005. Later, they pursued further education by attending various executive programs such as Executive MBA at Fundação Dom Cabral from 2014 to 2016, Executive Education at The Wharton School in 2017, Digital Transformation at Hyper Island in 2018, and Digital Product Leadership at Tera in 2019.
