Flávia Salgado

Flávia Salgado has a strong background in middle office operations and financial management, currently serving in the Middle Office at XP Inc. since May 2023. Previously, Flávia worked as an Analyst of Middle Office at Banco Modal, focusing on partner support and operational efficiency from August 2022 to May 2023.
