Lee Waisler

Lee Waisler serves as the Head of Fraud Prevention at XP Inc. since October 2023 and has been a Professor docente at FIA Business School since July 2018, focusing on courses related to cybersecurity and digital business protection. Prior to these roles, Lee Waisler held various positions in fraud prevention at notable institutions such as Santander Brasil, Banco Original, and Bradesco Cartões, demonstrating extensive expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams and developing innovative fraud prevention strategies. Education includes an MBA from FGV and a post-graduate degree from FIA Business School, complemented by a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Nove de Julho.
