Marco Antonio Regino is a seasoned professional in investment banking and real estate, currently serving as the Head of Real Estate and Alternative Investments at XP Inc. since July 2019. With extensive experience managing a diverse real estate credit portfolio and developing innovative investment strategies, Marco has a proven track record of cultivating relationships with institutional and retail clients.
