Renato Neto

Renato Neto currently serves as Líder Operacional at XP Inc. since February 2023, focusing on operational management, performance indicators, personnel development, training, and recruitment. Prior experience includes roles as Analista de Performance & Analytics at XP Inc. and Líder de área de Canais Sensíveis at Rico.com.vc, where leadership and customer service were key responsibilities. Earlier, Renato served as an Estagiário de Engenharia de Produção at Braskem, where tasks included production monitoring, monthly planning, KPI management, and process optimization initiatives. Renato holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engenharia Química from the Universidade de São Paulo and is pursuing an MBA at USP/Esalq from October 2024 to May 2026.
