Thiago Maffra is the CEO of XP Inc. Thiago was previously the Executive Director of Technology at XP Inc. from September 2018 to May 2021. Prior to that, they were the Equity Retail Business Manager at XP Inc. from April 2016 to September 2018. Before that, they were a High Frequency & Algorithmic trader at XP Inc. from February 2015 to April 2016. Thiago was also the Co-Founder of XDEX from June 2017 to October 2018 and a Trader at Souza Barros Câmbio e Títulos from November 2010 to January 2015.
