Richard Bartlett

Richard Bartlett has extensive experience in the power solutions industry, currently serving as the EVP of Product Development and Corporate Initiatives at XP Power since April 1993. In this role, Richard leads the product development organization, focusing on innovative solutions through effective processes and collaboration, while driving corporate initiatives for operational improvement and growth. Prior positions at XP Power include Director of Product Realisation, where Richard managed product development from inception to launch, and Industry Director for the Industrial sector, emphasizing revenue growth and market expansion. Earlier career highlights include roles at Powerline (Chloride) as an Applications Engineer and Field Sales, and as a Junior Engineer at Chloride Exide Limited, where foundational engineering skills were developed. Richard is currently pursuing further education at Cranfield School of Management.
