Stephen Dodson

Stephen Dodson has over 25 years of experience in the power supply industry, currently serving as the Engineering Manager at XP Power since June 1998, where the focus has been on the European Custom Power division, emphasizing hands-on problem solving and project management. Prior to XP Power, Stephen gained diverse experience at Weir Electronics from September 1986 to April 1998, progressing from an apprentice to roles in field sales and ultimately as Production Manager, where responsibilities included ensuring timely production throughput with targets exceeding £1 million per month. Educational background includes studies at Chichester College and Westergate Community College.
