Previously, Barb held positions such as Senior Instructional Designer at Xpan Interactive Ltd., Global Virtual Producer at InSync Training, and Global Product Developer at Lee Hecht Harrison. With a background as a Training Specialist at CSC Computer Sciences Canada, Barb also owned Redefine Leadership, specializing in time control, productivity, and strategic planning. With a Master's Degree in Adult Education from the University of New Brunswick, Barb's experience spans various industries and roles within instructional design and program development.
