Ilya Radko

Ilya Radko is the Head of Optics at XPANCEO, where they develop the next generation of smart wearable optics. Previously, Ilya was a researcher at the Technical University of Denmark from 2016 to 2024, focusing on nano-scale solid-state quantum optics and coherent quantum control. They also held the position of Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Southern Denmark from 2008 to 2015, where Ilya was involved in various projects related to integrated nanophotonic systems and published extensively in high-profile journals, including in the Nature family. Ilya earned their M.Sc. in Physics and Applied Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology from 1998 to 2004.
