Alexandre Silva

Alexandre Silva has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Alexandre'smost recent role was as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Xpand IT, where they oversaw a team and collaborated with hiring managers to orchestrate the hiring life cycle. Alexandre also developed and implemented metrics for the acquisition team using Tableau analysis. From 2008 to 2011, they studied Gestão e Programação de Sistemas Informáticos at EPED - Escola Profissional e Educação para o Desenvolvimento, acquiring a Nível 5 degree. Later, from 2011 to 2017, they attended Ispa - Instituto Universitário, where they pursued a Mestrado degree in Psicologia Social e das Organizações.
