Paulo Lopes is the current Partner and CEO at XPAND IT. Paulo has also worked as an assistant teacher at Universidade Lusófona and as a Business Development Manager at Sybase. Paulo has also worked as a software engineer at ADETTI, where they were responsible for developing augmented reality, computer vision, and multimedia projects.

Paulo Lopes studied Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations at INDEG-ISCTE Executive Education. Paulo then went on to study Computer Software Engineering at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. Lastly, they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Instituto Superior Tecnico.
