Eloy Rodriguez is the Founder and Founding Partner of Xpand Staffing, a rapidly growing staffing agency that takes a customer-focused approach. Prior to Xpand, Eloy worked as a Branch Manager at both The Select Family of Staffing Companies and Labor Ready. Eloy holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer Science from MC CLANCY. In addition to founding Xpand, Eloy also assists in day to day sales and operations for Xpand offices throughout the South Region.
