Jaime Morton

Jaime Morton currently serves as the Director of Data Engineering at Xpanse, focusing on the development and documentation of master data management and data quality solutions while fostering a collaborative agile environment for development teams. Prior experience includes a role as a Data Scientist at the United States Department of Defense and as a Data Architecture and Business Intelligence Analyst at Alcoa, where Jaime created Power BI dashboards and established a self-service business intelligence governance model. Additional roles span various positions in sales, community relations, and operations, including work with Geometry Global, Walt Disney World, Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, and Skechers. Jaime holds a Master's degree in Data Analytics and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing from Robert Morris University.
