Hardik Shah is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in software development and testing. Currently serving as Engineering Director at XPENG Motors since June 2019, Hardik previously held positions such as Lead SDET at Magic Leap and SDET2 at Amazon Web Services, where responsibilities included performance testing of the SILK browser on Kindle devices. With a significant tenure at Microsoft from 2006 to 2014, Hardik contributed to the Windows operating systems, Windows Phone, and the Automotive Business Unit, notably working on the Microsoft SYNC platform.
