LC (Liangchuan) Mi serves as Vice President at XPENG since March 2021, where responsibilities include chairing the Artificial Intelligence Technology Committee and leading the Robotics division. Previously, LC held significant roles at NVIDIA from November 2016 to March 2021, including Senior Director of Autonomous Driving, Engineering Manager, and Senior Deep Learning Engineer, focusing on platform software and model optimization. Prior to NVIDIA, LC co-founded Miivii Dynamics as CTO, advancing robotics platforms, and had a notable tenure at NVIDIA from 2005 to 2015 in various engineering management positions. LC's academic background includes a Master of Science in Robotics from Iowa State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China.
