Alex Layberry

Alex Layberry is a Network Operation Centre Engineer at Xperience, where responsibilities include building and managing shared hosting platforms, core networking, and ensuring day-to-day system and network operations. With experience as a 2nd Line Support Engineer, Alex has excelled in customer-oriented roles and developed an automated multi-client MDT solution. Previous positions include IT Consultant and Senior Local Support Engineer, focusing on project management for Windows deployments and Microsoft 365 migrations. Additional roles span IT Systems Engineer & Manager and IT Technician, showcasing expertise in support across multiple levels and comprehensive IT system management. Alex is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computing & IT from The Open University.
