Rafael Martinez is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in food and beverage management. Currently serving as General Manager at Sinigual within the Xperience Restaurant Group since June 2018, Rafael has previously held key positions including Director of F&B at Courtyard Marriott @ LaGuardia Airport and Prospera Hospitality, as well as Banquet Manager at The Rainbow Room. Rafael's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, completed between 1986 and 2000.
