Currently serving as General Manager at Sinigual within the Xperience Restaurant Group since June 2018, Rafael has previously held key positions including Director of F&B at Courtyard Marriott @ LaGuardia Airport and Prospera Hospitality, as well as Banquet Manager at The Rainbow Room. Rafael's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, completed between 1986 and 2000.
