Shaun Benesch has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 as a Customer Service Representative at Toyota Motor Sales. After that, they worked as an Intern at ProFormance Capital in 2010, followed by an Undergraduate Associate role at Disney Consumer Products and Interactive in the same year. In 2011, they joined Guitar Center as a Business Intelligence Analyst, later becoming a Strategic Planning Analyst and then a Senior Strategic Planning Analyst. Shaun then moved to Real Mex Restaurants in 2014 and held roles as a Senior Financial Analyst and a Business Development Manager. In 2018, they joined Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) as a Senior Finance Manager and was later promoted to Director of Real Estate Finance.
Shaun Benesch earned a B.S. degree in International Business and Finance from the College of Business at California State University-Long Beach, completing their education from 2006 to 2010.
