Jen Roe

Jen Roe is a seasoned professional in business development and experiential marketing with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as a New Business Development Account Manager at Xperience since September 2001, Jen creates new business opportunities through research, outreach, and a consultative sales approach while collaborating with various teams to develop capabilities and proposals. Previously, as a Producer and Event Specialist at Xperience, responsibilities included managing diverse experiential marketing initiatives such as live events, training, and digital applications. Jen also operated as an independent business owner at jwalk Productions Inc., where staffing and training for event marketing roles were key focus areas. Earlier experience as an Associate Producer at Caribiner International involved producing a significant marketing program for Lincoln Mercury, which expanded considerably under Jen's management. Jen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Michigan.
