Jim Fracassa

Jim Fracassa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital project management and event engineering. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Digital at Xperience since April 2018, Jim Fracassa oversees project status reporting, software and hardware configurations, and supports quality assurance and development teams. In addition to this role, Jim Fracassa is the President of Fracassa Ventures, Inc. since January 1997 and has worked in various capacities at organizations such as Bluewater Technologies Group, where notable achievements include building the quality assurance team. Jim Fracassa also held positions at Midwest Video and Eclipse Creative, showcasing a diverse background in operations and project management within the technology and events sectors. Jim Fracassa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Theater from the University of Detroit Mercy.
