Jennifer Till has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Jennifer started their career as an Account Manager at Brakes in 2006, where they were responsible for maintaining customer relationships, setting rates, and introducing new product lines. After four months, they were promoted to a higher role, allowing their to handle both frozen and fresh foods for the company.
In 2007, Jennifer joined XpertHR as a Senior Regional Account Manager. Over the years, they have worked closely with senior HR and Reward professionals across various sectors, including global companies and SMEs. Jennifer has demonstrated excellent skills in relationship management and negotiation, consistently exceeding targets. In addition to their sales responsibilities, Jennifer also supervised a team of four as a Team Leader and Key Account Manager.
Most recently, Jennifer has taken on the role of Sales Manager for the Key Customer Team UK at XpertHR. The start date for this position is May 2022, and there is no specified end date provided.
Jennifer Till attended Warlingham School from 1995 to 2002, but they did not pursue a degree or specialize in any field of study during this time. Later, from 2002 to 2005, they enrolled at Falmouth University, where they earned a BA (Hons) 2:2 in Broadcasting.
