Richard Barber

Richard Barber has extensive experience in sales and management roles. Richard is currently the Head of Sales at XpertHR, a leading online resource for HR information and benchmarking. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Sales at LexisNexis UK, where they led new business generation at the Sales Centre of Excellence. Before that, Barber worked as a Client Services Manager at Learning Curve Group, managing a successful outbound sales center. Richard also served as a Sales Manager at Slicker Recycling, responsible for driving business growth and managing sales teams. Barber's earlier experience includes working as a Customer Care Centre Manager at Diamond Resorts International, where they oversaw the operations of an outbound sales center and achieved substantial growth.

Richard Barber earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from The Manchester Metropolitan University between the years 2000 and 2003.
