Samantha Bottle has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Samantha has been with XpertHR since September 2015, starting as a Customer Success Manager and progressively moving up the ranks. Samantha became a Customer Success Team Leader in July 2018, a Customer Success Manager in September 2019, and then transitioned to leading the Customer Success team for the UK and US in June 2021. In June 2022, Samantha took on the role of Head of Customer Success and Delivery, overseeing operations in the UK and US. Prior to joining XpertHR, Samantha worked as the Customer Support and Training Manager at Midas Systems (London) Limited from January 2014 to August 2015. Samantha also held the position of Senior Customer Relations Handler at Combined Insurance from October 2011 to December 2013. Samantha's earlier experiences include roles as an Events Administrator and DLHE Telephone Interviewer at the University of Roehampton in 2011, as well as a Local Taxation Support Officer at Richmondshire District Council in 2009. Samantha started their career as a Senior Sales Administrator at Comet in July 2006, where they worked until August 2008.
