Victoria Burrow has extensive experience in content acquisition and development, spanning over two decades. Victoria currently holds the position of Head of Content (UK) at XpertHR since March 2021. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at ISI Emerging Markets Group from May 2018 to March 2021, including Head of Content Partnerships and Licensing and Head of Content Acquisition. In these roles, they were responsible for defining and executing global content strategies, managing budgets and P&L, and leading global remote teams.

Before joining ISI Emerging Markets Group, Victoria served as Head of Content Acquisition at EMIS Insights from January 2017 to March 2018, where they successfully identified and fulfilled customer information needs and managed the global content acquisition strategy. Victoria also has experience working at LexisNexis UK, where they held the positions of Development Manager (Content Acquisition) from September 2015 to January 2017 and Senior Content Acquisition and Development Specialist from March 2014 to September 2015. During their time at LexisNexis UK, they were responsible for content strategy and development, revenue growth, and team management.

Prior to LexisNexis UK, Victoria worked as a Commissioning Editor at Thomson Reuters Westlaw from April 2013 to January 2014. Victoria began their career at Australian Business Case Studies Pty Ltd as a Content Development Manager from September 2004 to May 2012. Their earlier experience includes working as a Content Development Editor at Thomson Reuters from July 2000 to July 2004.

Throughout their career, Victoria Burrow has demonstrated their expertise in content acquisition, strategy, and management, as well as their ability to lead teams and drive revenue growth.

Victoria Burrow completed their education at the King's College London from 1996 to 1999, earning a Bachelor of Laws with Honours (LLB).
