Key Account Manager at XpertSea

Duy Phạm began their work experience in 2015 as an intern at the World Wildlife Fund. In 2016, they worked as a Project Assistant for Education For Ha Giang Highland Community. In 2018, Duy joined XpertSea as a Technical Support Representative, where they provided technical support and training to customers. Duy also conducted market research for the development of a new AI-based mobile platform. In 2019, Duy transitioned to the role of Technical Account Manager at XpertSea, and in 2020, they became a Key Account Manager. In this role, Duy developed and maintained strong business relationships with key accounts and farmers in Vietnam. Duy also collaborated with colleagues worldwide to guide product development and deployed branding strategies. Additionally, Duy established and managed collaborations with partners and stakeholders, while identifying opportunities for optimization and new data management solutions for customers.

Duy Pham's education history begins in 2011 when they enrolled in Can Tho University for the Advanced Program in Aquaculture. Duy completed their studies there in 2016. In 2015, Duy Pham participated in an exchange program at Chulalongkorn University, where they studied Organic Agriculture and Rights Livelihood. Their time at Chulalongkorn University is still ongoing.

In 2017, Duy Pham attended Amity Global Institute, studying Business Administration, Management and Operations. Duy completed their studies at Amity Global Institute in 2018.

Duy Pham also obtained several additional certifications. In 2015, they participated in the Asia-Pacific Network for Global Change Research at Nha Trang Oceanography Institution. Duy also attended the 5th International Fisheries Symposium at Universiti Sains Malaysia and studied Tropical Marine Science at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya. In 2015, they obtained the Chula Rights Livelihood certification from Chulalongkorn University. Most recently, in 2021, they obtained the Certification in Transportation and Logistics (CLT) from SIMEX, and in 2022, they completed the Business Analysis program at Hai Lua.
